Into the wee hours again. Once I got going on the hand stitching (running stitch) for the central design, I enjoyed this and could have gone on until morning.
I'm chafing at the bit because I can only manage to get to MY work after dinner.
I need a list to prove to myself that my time was well spent.
Yesterday:picked oranges for market
divided bee hives
put 3 buckets of gravel into the garden bathtub
got the stove door taken off (stove to plant)
planted 3 cut off plastic pop bottles with cacti
cut bamboo for plant containers
oh, yeah, and cooked, did laundry, and washed the dishes and the kitchen floor
Ok, I feel better. It was a good day anyway, full of sunshine, good health, and blessings.

It has been fun to watch this piece grow.
I love stitching in the wee hours. It's so quiet, and I know I won't be interrupted. This is beautiful, I can see why you wanted to keep stitching the night away. And that list? I keep a daily list for the same reason.
Wow--you did accomplish a whole lot--I love stitching in the "wee hours"--actually, I did some embroidery @ 3 am! Couldn't sleep..(does that mean I get to take a nap today?? LOL) hugs, Julierose P.S. I {heart} that piece!
And finished the day off with some beautiful stitching.
There are so many challenges to our creativity, aren't there?
