That quotation reminds me of something my yoga teacher stresses from time to time. Fear makes your world smaller. The more we fear, the smaller our circle of engagement with the world. Take a risk to move past fear to that wonderful thing waiting on the other side and watch your world expand. It does take some courage to navigate past fears. Indeed, courage is a timely mantra for you.
