I might manage to finish this soon.
Haven't decided about the edges. I think I'll probably chop them off and square up the piece. Otherwise the needle turn appliqué is going to run away, escape, make a statement of its own.The appliqué has sort of shrunken the green frame. All the more reason for squaring it up. I'm thinking maybe a black binding around the edges...

can i say that i like the edges going beyond the green frame? speaks to me of unending, of flowers blooming, reaching, touching others in ways we may never know.
Square? What about misshapen? Wavy sides... Everything else is different... Give it a try.
