Sketchbook: Roses, 4

Oh, man! I think I'm in love with pink.
This is going much slower than it should, but I'm savoring each step.
I just lay down a few pieces and stitch them down. Can't decide about the snippets, whether to add them or not. Will have to see at the end.

And as Nina Marie has kindly invited me to "Off the Wall Fridays" over at her blog, the roses have traveled over there today, too.

ohhh this is interesting - I love how the white works over the background! I would like to invite you to link up to Off the Wall Fridays - a link party directed toward connecting and encouraging fellow fiber/quilt artists. We're there every Friday and would love for you to join!

Well I can see why you're in love with pink. Your roses are exquisite on that very interesting plaid background.

Beautiful! I know what you mean about savoring each step. That's what makes quilting trully relaxing to me.
