The Labyrinth, 2

Icarus's view (while flying) of the Minotaur's Labyrinth on Crete that Daedalus built.
The weaving was a pest because the strips are so thin and tend to unravel.
The entrance to the Labyrinth is on the left.
I've already been doing running stitch throughout to try to get it to hold together.
More stitching will be required. I wonder if I need to back this up. Will consider that later.

what if the running stitch is not only practical in the sense of binding but also a way of discovering the path through the labyrinth into the minotaur's lair or am I being too literal?

Yes, I agree. I go in different directions, sort of meandering through. I think of it more as confusion, getting lost in the labyrinth and facing danger.

I'm intrigued by your process--this is so complex and holds so much meaning. Wow! (left comment on class forum as well)

I like this especially where the machine stitching show on the lighter cloth. ...just wonderful.
